The European Investment Bank is lending 10 million euros (USD13 million) to support investments in Moldova’s water sector. The loan will fund a series of priority investment schemes aimed at improving water supply services and collecting and treating municipal wastewater. The investments will benefit the towns of Ceadir-Lunga, Floresti, Hincesti, Leova, Orhei and Soroca, and neighboring villages.
