    Gabon and South Korea agreed to boost their cooperation in the areas of energy, natural resources and infrastructure. The two nations will establish a joint panel to implement various cooperation projects. Gabon and South Korea also signed an agreement on promoting cultural exchanges and avoiding double taxation on investors, The Korea Times reports.
