How can innovative small organizations and entrepreneurs work with the Inter-American Development Bank?

Devex asked Bernardo Guillamon, manager of the Inter-American Development Bank’s office of outreach and partnerships, at the IDB’s 2013 gathering in Panama City.

In our video interview, Guillamon describes the steps his office is taking to create new avenues for financing NGOs, innovators and energy entrepreneurs through IDB funding contests. Guillamon also talks about a platform his office has created for innovators to connect with each other and reach out directly to his office with new ideas.
