International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn will head to Brazil and Peru May 25-28. In Brazil, he will discuss with representatives from the business community global economic prospects. Meanwhile, the IMF chief will engage in a discussion with academics and students from several countries at a town hall meeting in Lima. Strauss-Kahn will also meet finance ministers from the Americas in Lima for the “Third Meeting of Finance Ministers of the Americas and Caribbean.”
Strauss-Kahn was named one of the word’s most influential people by Time magazine this month.
