Kenya’s Cabinet passed Thursday (Oct. 28) a supplementary budget of 3.5 billion shillings (USD43 million) to help implement the new constitution during the current financial year, which runs until the end of June 2011, the presidency said. The new constitution was approved in August’s referendum, Reuters reports.
