    The Millennium Challenge Corp. has provided 920 million pesos (USD19.35 million) for a coastal road project that will connect the towns of Pioduran and Libon in the Philippine province of Albay. The money will be channeled from funds originally intended for a separate MCC-backed road project that did not push through due to civil and technical work conflicts, the 

     disclosed.
