    During his visit to Japan later this month, Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari will discuss with Japanese officials about his country’s request for some $3 billion in soft loans from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. The money, says a report by Pakistan newspaper The News, will be used to buy turbines, generators and transmission lines.
