USAID plans to spend $31.1 billion in the coming months

The U.S. Agency for International Development does not hold a business forecast call for the last quarter of the fiscal year. However, it still updates its business opportunity portal, allowing us to look into its future priorities.

Based on the latest data, the world’s largest bilateral donor plans to finance 245 opportunities in the coming months, with their cumulative maximum budget amounting to $31.1 billion. This represents a $1.9 billion cash-terms increase compared to Q4 of the previous fiscal year.

The details of the anticipated contracts, such as the budget and solicitation date, are provisional and may be changed by USAID at any time. This may explain any slight differences between this piece and figures on the portal.
