    The Japan International Cooperation Agency is providing technical assistance benefiting the urban water sector in Vietnam’s central region. The project seeks to improve human resource management of regional water supply companies, provide short-term training courses for the sector’s officials and workers, and distribute pilot application of operations handbooks, according to VOV News.
