    The World Bank may encounter serious financing constraints by mid-2010 if lending to the developing world remains at its current pace, said the bank's president, Robert Zoellick. Zoelick is set to ask for additional resources from member countries at the joint annual meeting of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund in Istanbul next month, 

     reports.
