    There’s plenty of skepticism that the 29th U.N. Climate Change Conference, or COP29, can muster the financial commitments by wealthier countries to help lower-income countries cope with the crisis.

    But for Ani Dasgupta, president and CEO of the World Resources Institute, the picture is complex. Devex President and Editor-in-chief Raj Kumar caught up with Dasgupta at COP29 to get his thoughts.
