    Women empowerment and the development of education and water access in Yemen’s Aden province were the focus of discussions between the Aden’s governor and Germany’s development cooperation advisor, who visited Yemen on May 11. Aden Governor Adnan al-Jeffri also encouraged Germany to invest in the province, Saba News reports.
