The Corporacion para el Desarrollo Regional -  Corporation for Regional Development (CDR) is a non-profit civil society organization that emerged in 2003 with the purpose of promoting local initiatives that encourage: the organization and social and political participation of communities, the networking, and political advocacy, strengthening regional work in the defense of human rights and in the search for peace that promotes political, social and cultural transformations that make it stable and lasting.

Mission

The mission of the Corporation is to promote democratic processes of community empowerment that promote the consolidation of the state of society and law, the comprehensive respect of human rights, peace and democracy. Promoting regional coordination, networking, the development of local initiatives, political advocacy and the social and political leadership of the most vulnerable communities.

Vision

To be an organization that affects the social and political transformations that the country requires to achieve equity, well-being and peace with social justice.
