Since 1992, IBCCRIM - Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences - is a non-governmental, non-profit, public utility and human rights promoter.
They make their actions viable through partnerships with the private sector, the public power and society; They contribute to the development of the Criminal Sciences always emphasizing the absolute respect to the principles, rights and fundamental guarantees structured in the Federal Constitution.
Nationally and internationally recognized, IBCCRIM produces and disseminates knowledge in the areas of criminal law, criminal prosecution, criminology, forensic medicine, criminal policy and human rights.
It is therefore a reference center for all criminal science scholars, whether they are bachelors of law, lawyers, public defenders, police delegates, magistrates, prosecutors, students, teachers or researchers.
