Preferred by Nature (formerly known as NEPCon) is a non-profit organisation that supports better land management and business practices that benefit people, nature and the climate. 
They supporting awareness-raising, and capacity building. 

The challenge is to reach this goal whilst protecting the natural environment on which they depend and which is increasingly under pressure. 

The potential for a sustainable world is there. Good solutions for responsible land management and climate-friendly business already exist, and more are under way. They are working to unlock the potential through innovation projects and by promoting high-impact solutions that result in deep-seated change. 

For more than 25 years, they have worked to develop practical solutions to drive positive impacts in production landscapes and supply chains in 100+ countries. They focus on land use, primarily through forest, agriculture and climate impact commodities, and related sectors such as tourism and conservation.
