• Over 13 years’ experience in multilateral policy engagement & analysis, programme management, dialogue and negotiations in democratisation process, electoral reform, technical assistance and election observation with in-country experiences in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, Swaziland, Egypt, Ethiopia, Lesotho and South Africa. • Proven competence in partnership management, capacity assessment and development, strategic leadership, team management, alliance building, programme development and design and results based project cycle management. • High competence in development of work plan using result based indicators and logical framework, budget preparation, tracking and execution, knowledge development, management and dissemination and reporting. • Skilled in training, facilitation, development of institutional guidelines, handbooks, manuals and training curriculum. Experience in methodology design and review. Sound diplomatic skills in working and managing high level personalities including Incumbents and Former Presidents, Heads of Diplomatic Missions, Ambassadors, Mediators and Negotiators
