With more than 25 years of experience as a Manager/Director/Team Leader for, Projects, Programs and Operations. I am able to establish strong working relationships with partners including government counterparts, private sector, communities, and team members. I undertook key roles in rural development, food security, economic recovery, security sector reform (SSR) programs; Operations/Support Services; and grants management. Education support was a significant component of major programs that I managed. I successfully delivered a significant number of consultancy tasks covering aspects of education e.g. Education Quality Improvement - Programme (EQUIP II) Baseline Survey, Mid-Term Review of Primary Education Retention Programme (PERP), Final Evaluation for Education in Emergencies (EiE) Project, etc. Within this, I have built up a wide range of experience and skills including, systems development and operations management, grants management, assessments, and evaluation. I have hands-on experience of establishing new programs including sectoral need assessments, proposals development as well as closing out for offices and programs at the end of activities. One strong area of my experience is establishing and reviewing program operations for geographical coverage, effectiveness and efficiency, and accordingly recommending and support implementing necessary restructuring.
