Adam LeClair (He / Him)

With 17 years experience in international development, Adam LeClair has cultivated a career dedicated to building the values and practices of inclusive democracy, community engagement, and civic advocacy. Mr. LeClair’s years of program management experience have focused on areas of youth engagement and leadership, civic and voter education, government accountability, equal rights advocacy, and constituent mobilization, principally within marginalized and underserved communities. He is an adept grants manager and fundraiser, having managed over US$30 million in US-government funds. As a skilled practitioner, he has proven success in instilling strong participant engagement within programs; building innovative program designs that resonate at a grassroots level; and bolstering public awareness through traditional and social media engagement. His 12 years of overseas experience includes leadership of complex civic and political engagement initiatives in Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Myanmar, and Afghanistan where he has demonstrated the ability to build thriving and vibrant initiatives in complex environments.
