15+ years of government, private sector, and non-profit experience partnering with national and local-level governments, as well as multinational organization and non-government partners in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Demonstrated capability and numerous awards and recognition for helping partners plan, organize, execute, and monitor at the tactical, strategic, and policy levels for conflict, post-conflict, and conflict-avoidant engagements in complex contexts. Also applies qualitative and quantitative data analysis to evaluate engagement outcomes and impact and advises international assistance entities on selecting and integrating tech-enhanced research tools and methods into their mixed methods approaches for assessments, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Half my career was spent working abroad in/on Belarus, Cameroon, Iraq, Kenya, Libya, Niger, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, and Tunisia; other work on Chad, Ethiopia, Iran, Jordan, the Lake Chad Basin, the Sahel, the West African littoral states, and Somalia. Extensive experience supervising personnel in DC and abroad and also representing USG to multilateral, bilateral, and host country partners.
