I am a consultant working in the field of Regional Economic Development, Inclusive Social Development, Infrastructure, Public Financial Management (PFM) and Fiscal Decentralisation. My strengths are in policy analysis, research, strategy development as well as monitoring and evaluation. I have a Magister Sains (MS) degree in Regional and Rural Economic Development from the Bogor Agricultural Institute in Bogor, Indonesia and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations from Lewis and Clark College, Portland, Oregon, United States of America. In addition, I have completed a range of internal World Bank training courses to enhance my knowledge and skills in Public Financial Management (PFM) and Environmental and Social Framework (ESF). I have 20 years' professional experience working in development with multilateral development banks such as The World Bank and the Asian Development Bank; United Nations organizations and agencies such as UNDP, WFP and UNFPA; sovereign government aid agencies such as DFAT, CIDA and USAID through their programs and projects; private sector firms; International and National Non-Government Organizations. I speak fluent English, proficient Italian, intermediate French, reading Arabic and basic Mandarin. My mother tongue is Bahasa Indonesia.
