Alan is a committed social entrepreneur and has founded ten businesses in the last 30 years with his most recent being a social enterprise in agro-forestry in Kenya, Eco Fuels Kenya Ltd which has succeeded in an innovative space in rural Kenya, with 8 years trading history. He is a specialist business consultant having worked with dozens of start-ups in mobile telecoms for 18 years in the 18 member states in the SADC region. Skills set includes : • business feasibility studies & financial modelling, • market demand evaluation and forecasts, • business Planning and funding structures, * ICT systems technology evaluation Alan is passionate about the environment and green issues so his businesses now focus on community engagement in sustainable agroforestry ventures. His latest venture will become visible in the coming months.
