An education specialist with over 17 years of experience in education management and capacity development with governments, ethnic education providers, NGOs and the UN largely in developing country contexts, including education response during Covid-19, and in conflict and post-conflict affected areas. Technical inputs have included Child Friendly Schools, school self-assessment and development planning; educational access and dropout prevention; gender equity and social inclusion; teacher training; career planning, soft skills and life skills; and individual and institutional capacity building. After a career break due to personal circumstances from August 2022 to May 2023, I am ready to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities.
