I worked as the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager -Coffey International Development for Basic Education Quality and Access, Lao PDR.• works with MoES staff, BEQUAL team members and other colleagues in the education sector to collect, verify, manage, analyze and report on agreed program indicators and factors influencing program results and outcomes, especially in collaboration with the BEQUAL Education Program Specialist to consolidate, analyze and report on EMIS data. I also had worked as a short-term consultant for mid-term review, baseline survey, final project evaluation, project design and strategy development for several organizations such as World Vision, Care International, AFESIP, Burnet Institute, UNDP, World Bank, ADB, MAG, ILO, SDC, UNIFEM, Global Fund, APHEDA, LEAP and AAT. I demonstrated my skills and expertise on program management and M&E, and had a sound track record of performance and accomplishments.
