I have been working in the Mekong region for 25 years, conducting research and evaluations/assessments. I specialize in qualitative research with much experience in quantitative surveys. My focus is on migration and human trafficking. I have conducted anthropological research on ethnic minorities, mobility and migration, gender and development with extensive field work in resource poor areas, including remote and mountainous areas. I have comprehensive experience in proposals, project design, budgets and finance, monitoring and evaluation. I have extensive experience with ADB, UN agencies as well as academics and NGOs. especially with ADB as team leader, including infrastructure and social impact assessments. This work includes regional assessments and evaluations.
