I am a senior expert and experienced team leader with 20+ years international experience in capacity development, training and change management, on a wide range of projects in Canada, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. I hold a Masters in Adult Education with a proven track record building and leading multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams or working independently in technical cross-cutting project environments. I am a highly motivated team leader with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. A dynamic and highly interactive facilitator and classroom trainer, I design develop and deliver highly structured learning activities to support capacity objectives and goals. I place high priority on identifying, documenting, and producing measurable results through relationship-building and collaborative problem solving. I believe that organizational change and capacity building is best-accomplished and sustained when counterpart staff, donors and beneficiaries are actively engaged in a process of information-sharing and collaborative problem solving to achieve agreed-upon results.
