Multi-sectoral M&E experience in agriculture and rural development; food security and nutrition; education; the justice sector; local economic development; water supply and sanitation; in international trade; and with multiple development organizations, Significant experience in M&E capacity building and supporting M&E officers and government counterparts. Management experience of M&E units and teams of consultants. Experience in MEL management of large scale funded projects in excess of 10 million USD. Experience in the design of surveys and other data collection methods and analysis of results. High level analytical skills in data analysis and management.
