I am a Canadian management consultant with experience on 43 projects in 21 countries. I hold B.Sc. and MBA degrees, along with an engineering technology diploma. Assignments for the Development Partners have been as International Project Director, Program Manager, Team Leader, or Specialist on projects in roads, transportation, public infrastructure and education sectors. They related to modernisation, institutional capacity development and organizational change for national, state and local governments. From lessons learned, I have developed a results based planning and management system for agencies to implement operational plans that help achieve strategic plan goals and objectives and manage change. The system includes a step-by-step approach to help people develop practical competencies for strategy and policy setting; planning and management.
