Passionate about development especially in the area of causality between intervention focus and (positive) behavioral change. Possesses an extensive grasp of Uganda’s contextual flux and complexity, migratory trends, urbanization trajectories, redistricting ‘proclivities’ and key elements of the plethora of issues that dot its development scene. Allen also has excellent computer, communication and writing skills, ability to work independently and in teams, a personal predilection for analysis, professional conduct and quality results and ability to take on significant workloads even under extreme pressure.
