• Over 20 years of strategic leadership and management experience: at senior management level including Regional Manager, Global Convener Rights Resilience and Response and Country Director. I developed and managed long-term strategy, operating models, horizon plans, advocacy strategy, large scale humanitarian, resilience, nexus and transition strategy and structural sustainability. • Representation and lobbying: Experienced in lobbying and advocacy with multiple stakeholders including government, UN system, cluster system, civil society, private sector. Represented as co-chair at head of agencies for Inter Agency Coordinator forum, co-chair in national, global forums. Experienced in forming, managing and leading consortia and networks of INGOs and local NGOs. Remained thought leader in number of forums and able to shape and influence local, national, regional and global agendas. • Program management (Humanitarian, Development, Peace (HDP) and influencing): managed over 400 projects in different sectors i.e Humanitarian, Development and Peace (HDP), resilience, influencing regarding poverty reducing, addressing fragility, inequality and resilience building/DRR. The sectors including Climate Justice, Gender Justice, Just Economy, Accountable governance Food security/ Livelihoods, Shelter/NFI, WASH, protection/ child protection, Health/MNCH, youth empowerment and employability, urbanization and migration. Managed multi million, multi donor and multi sectoral program. • Transition and Change management: Designed and implemented scale up, transition, phase-out/ exit and scale-down strategies and led change management process at country/regional/ global level. • Leadership and human resource management: experienced in managing senior technical experts/directors (national/expats) with a team of over 400 - 600 including remote management. • Risk management, operations and impact management: Strong risk analysis, risk management and risk sharing abilities in high-risk fragile contexts including crises management. Robust technical and leadership abilities to deal HR, logistics, systems strengthening and implementation of safeguarding and anti-fraud policies. Developed and implemented digitalized MEAL system, lessons learned, value for money, impact studies and learning agenda to enhance knowledge and impact. • Finance and funding- donors relations, fundraising and budge Management: Fundraising strategy, networking, annual budget management of over USD 60 to 70M with compliance for under/overspent with timely actions. donors included DFATD-IHA/GAC, ECHO, EU, BPRM, OFDA, BMZ, GFFO, DEC, BUZA, AusAID/DFATD, DFID/FCDO, Dutch MOFA, UNHCR, UNICEF and private foundations etc… • Localization and Partnerships: Truly believing in localization and decolonization agenda. Expert in local civil society strengthening, Local NGOs, government, network/forums strengthening and capacity and risk sharing for Rights Resilience and Response and Humanitarian, Development and Peace. Remained co chair of Pledge for change and member or Local Humanitarian Leadership (LHL) WGs.
