Antti Inkinen

With over 18 years of experience in corporate and government environments including the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and the World Bank, I lead the regional organization of NIRAS International Consulting, a global provider of sustainable development solutions. I have worked and led teams in emerging economies across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America focusing on green economic growth, climate resilience, natural resources and environmental governance, water diplomacy, social equity and inclusion, project/program design and management. My core competencies include strategic planning, organizational development, business growth, project management, and stakeholder engagement. I currently lead a regional team of industry experts, delivering high-impact sustainable development projects for public and private sector clients. As a seasoned people-centric manager of over 12 years, I am comfortable leading teams both in-person and remotely across geographies. I thrive on challenges, embrace change, foster collaboration with a positive work ethic and am inspired by people with drive and positivity.
