As an experienced International Development Project Manager with over 15 years of experience working in the international development industry managing donor-funded programs in West Africa, Asia and the Caribbeans, I have a proven track record of successfully and compliantly managing projects within a wide range of administrative and technical areas, such as budgeting, recruitment, consultant management, field office management, project startup and closeout. I have also demonstrated my leadership and management skills in the field, where I served as the Administrative Manager on the largest USAID-funded trade and investment program in West Africa, overseeing the operations, logistics, procurement, and human resources of the project. I am passionate about international development and I have built strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders in the international development industry. I am a native English speaker, speak moderate French, and fluent in four local Ghanaian languages.
