Dr. Cami is innovative strategist of governmental, private and NGO's initiatives & policy's that gain legislative support, positive recognition and favourable public awareness. He has demonstrated history in managing, analysing and articulating the institutional and humanitarian dimension of programs and issues that require a coordination with multiple actors, including Governmental structures, FCDO (DFID), WHO, UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, BHA (USAID), EAR, EBRD, UNMIK, KFOR, etc. As a team player and a lead, he contributed in the Kosovo institution building, giving its valuable expertise in the very challenging time of building the first democratic self-governing institutions in Kosovo, serving in a diverse and multicultural environment. He has initiated Family Medicine Residency Program, which still run and is supervised by the RCGP (UK) and the Telemedicine Program in Kosovo. He holds Postgraduate Certificates in relevant fields of expertise, and several Certificates in Continuing Professional Education.
