- 20 years of international experience with a focus on the intersection of economic growth and inclusive governance, having worked with USAID consulting firms, multilateral agencies such as ADB, World Bank, UN, and various donors/clients. - Track record of success in new market entry, business development, client relationship management, and establishing and managing technical practices and operating units - Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, lead mid to senior level teams and initiatives, and drive transformation - Experience in over 20 developing countries in Eurasia (Caucasus and Central Asia) South Asia (Pakistan, Afghanistan, India), East Asia (China), Southeast Asia( the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) and the Middle East (Palestine, Egypt). - Expertise in the program/proposal design (USAID activities from $15m to $100m), implementation, and evaluation of multi-year technical programs in inclusive economic growth, governance, youth, women empowerment, and local capacity development. - Effective communication in conveying complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences, including senior officials, policymakers, and international development practitioners, during high-level outreach missions and public events.
