Skills in all facets of Governance, PAR, Institutional Development HRD, Training, Capacity Building, Institutional Development Having 3 TL and 2 DTL experience in international projects besides over 4 years as Director and 3 Years as Deputy Director in Govt of India ( Ministry of Highways and Transport)
