Auguste KESSOU

Mr Auguste Kessou has 18 years’ experience as Consultant and Project manager in the fields of water supply, hygiene and sanitation (WASH) and IWRM (Integrated water resource management). His skills include the development and updating of water and sanitation master plans, domestic and urban sanitation expertise, solid and liquid waste management, fecal sludge management (FSM), public-private partnership in the implementation of sanitation strategies, feasibility studies, local actors/stakeholders capacity building, surveys realization, Project evaluation, project cycle management (formulation, supervision, evaluations of projects and programs, logical frameworks). He has a good knowledge of the relationships involving, national authorities, private sector and users and pays particular attention to socio-economic, institutional, financial, environmental and technical aspects of water and sanitation projects. In addition, it has a good knowledge of donors and collaborate with regional and local authorities, the private sector, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), local civil society organizations by integrating gender aspects and equity.
