For over 10 years, I’ve worked across Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean to strengthen HIV, TB, and immunization programs—with a strong focus on equity, community-driven solutions, and systems that actually work. Whether it’s scaling up HIV services with PEPFAR, navigating tough implementation landscapes, or supporting Ministries of Health, I’m at my best when turning strategy into action. I speak English and Spanish fluently, get by in Portuguese, and believe in public health that’s smart, grounded, and gets things done.
