
* MD, PhD in epidemiology and public health, BSc (international relations) * Fulbright fellowships in international health (Emory University, Rollins School of Public Health, USA), participation in CDC/HQ projects on environmental health and national immunization program * Experience of work in Central Asian Republics * Cross-country and cross-agency partnership building to respond the regional health threats * Leadership of the CAR large initiatives (TB control and prevention, Expanded Program for Immunization, HIV/AIDS), food borne diseases * Emergency response, minimum initial service package (MISP) in crisis * Successful task management, coordination of activities with key stakeholders, regulatory authorities and opinion leaders * Extended experience in healthcare systems strengthening in low- and middle-income countries with involvement of multiple and diverse stakeholders * Experience of work with government, scientific-research institutions, NGOs, international agencies * Excellent analytical, communication and diplomatic skills * Member of ExpertsHubKazakhstan * Reviewer of the ESC Journal on "Reproductive Health and Contraception" * Fluency in English and Russian
