I possess extensive working experience with The Global Fund, UNICEF, UNOPS, UNAIDS, UNDP, WB, USAID, WHO, EU Commission and Delegations, DFID, Soros Foundation and highly reputable international consulting companies. I offer proven experience in the delivery of highly technical assistance and advice in health systems and public health systems strengthening, and health policy analysis and advice to governments, bilateral and multilateral organisations and other international stakeholders in identifying and formulating innovative health systems strengthening strategies and plans, incl.
