Tendai is a Public Health Physician who aims to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development through the global fight against public health priorities including the HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, TB etc. I have fourteen years of practical experience in health care provision and public health experience in resource limited settings, ten of which have been in designing, managing and implementing public health and development projects (including monitoring and evaluation of these programmes) at district, provincial, national and donor agency levels. I am a strategic and visionary thought leader with the ability to anticipate new opportunities and have team building skills and experience in order to motivate, lead, organize, control and delegate within multi-disciplinary teams. I have facilitated training and mentorship on various health and development topics at district, provincial and national level with widespread experience in health research, proposal writing, resource-allocation, budgeting and project management in public settings particularly in Southern Africa. I am proficient in a variety of basic computer packages and data management tools.
