A Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with over 20 years of work experience. He understands performance evaluation, comparative analysis, and future projections at an expert level. His strong analytical abilities enable him to gain profound insights and identify emerging trends in a variety of contexts. He currently works as an M&E/Program Expert at the UN and has previously worked as an international consultant specialising in Evaluation, Gender, and Capacity Building for a variety of regional and international organisations. Bonface has also successfully conducted external evaluations, designed monitoring and evaluation systems, written training manuals, and trained officials from over a dozen countries in result-based monitoring and evaluation. In addition, I have also published multiple articles and books on cohabitation, mobile money, and evaluation. I am passionate about gender equality, democracy, and social justice in Africa and beyond.
