I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning (MERL) Specialist with extensive experience across various thematic areas, including Gender, Resilience, Agriculture, Governance, Education, Child Protection, Peace and Security, Health, Human Rights, Livelihoods, WASH, Nutrition, Research, Disaster Risk Management, and Environment. I have over 17 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation consultancies (Formative, Midterm, and Summative), project design, baseline surveys, needs assessments, learning, and reporting. I have consulted for international organizations and UN agencies, including UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, USAID, World Bank, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and Care International, among others. I hold a Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation (Development Studies) and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, along with various other relevant certifications. My international work experience spans countries such as Myanmar, Syria, Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, Somalia, Somaliland, Central African Republic (CAR), Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Malawi, South Sudan, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. I have extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative evaluations and data collection.
