With over 15 years of experience in multi-stakeholder project and program management, the professional experience I will bring in on board has been gained through operational and strategic management and implementation within international and multicultural environments including local and regional economic development, employment and livelihoods, cash based humanitarian assistance and industry clusters sectors. Being a part of the team in Turkey’s first cluster development project, Turkey’s national youth employment policy development programme, largest cash based assistance programme of ECHO in emergency situations, and having co-designed Turkey’s first destination management project, I am a good team player seasoned in policy, programme and project development and management. Having worked with multinational teams across countries and different counterparts on areas such as grants management, donor and partner relations, government partnerships, especially inter-agency/UN joint program implementation and management make me a multi-functional and versatile canditate familiar with many different contexts, institutions and sectors. My experience in bringing together local resources and institutions with national and international funding and expertise is a useful asset.
