Holding Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management (University of York) and Bachelor of Education-Humanities (University of Malawi) and recently worked as PSEA Coordinator for the Cross Border Response to Northwest Syria, I have 24 years’ experience in humanitarian operations and development programs at local, national, regional and international level. I have solid expertise in providing technical leadership in designing and implementing programmes for integration of PSEA, gender, protection and AAP in large scale L3 humanitarian operations. I have experience developing tools, strategies, SoPs, guidelines and delivering specialized training for government partners, INGOs, national NGOs, CBOs and other UN agencies on PSEA, gender, protection and AAP. I have expertise in gender and protection mainstreaming, gender analysis, inter-agency coordination on PSEA, protection, AAP, and CBCM. I also have experience in project management, planning, implementation, resource mobilization.
