I have more than 25 years of professional experience in international development, evaluation, and policy advisory work. Over this period, I have led or contributed to over 120 evaluations for United Nations agencies, the European Union, and bilateral partners, spanning country programme evaluations, thematic and regional assessments, and complex joint UN initiatives. My portfolio covers a wide range of sectors, including governance, social protection, education, labour markets, and human rights, with a consistent focus on integrating gender equality, human rights, and social inclusion. I have extensive experience working across Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, Central Asia, and other developing contexts, engaging with governments, civil society, and donor partners in both stable and fragile environments. In addition to evaluation leadership, I have provided advisory support to UN Country Teams and national counterparts, ensuring that evidence and lessons learned inform policy dialogue, programme design, and strategic planning. Throughout my career, I have applied UNEG norms and standards and employed mixed-methods approaches to produce actionable findings that support both accountability and learning. My experience demonstrates a consistent ability to manage diverse stakeholders, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality results that contribute to more effective and inclusive development outcomes.
