For 18 years I have worked in microfinance, financial inclusion and development, with expertise in: • project design, management, reporting and monitoring & evaluation • financial sector assessments and diagnostics, with a focus on agriculture, women, SMEs and youth • advising on national financial inclusion and private sector strategies, regulations and policies • executing transactions including due diligence, valuations, acquisitions, mergers and divestments • institutional establishment, transformation, capacity building, management and governance • business planning, product development, marketing, risk management and operating systems • advising, structuring and managing investment funds and raising debt, equity and other funding • relationships with Governments, financial institutions, donors, investors, NGOs and corporations • over thirty emerging markets in Asia, Africa and elsewhere.
