My career so far has encompassed military service, global financial services, and international development. I have built and led advisory and implementation teams across multiple countries, working closely with partners and clients in the international, public, private, and entrepreneurial sectors. In my work I combine curiosity, listening, and caring, to gain novel insights on issues, shape policies, and drive organisations forward. As well as having extensive experience in programme management, digital tools, and data, I am an accredited professional trainer and mental health champion.
