I am program design and evaluation specialist with 20+ years experience in technical advisory and team leader roles across health, education, human trafficking, clean energy, community and regional development projects in Australia, Asia and Africa for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, DFAT Australia, SIDA, Japan Bank for International Cooperation, USAID and UN agencies. I am currently engaged as an adviser for the DFAT Australia Aus4Skills program in Vietnam supporting the first industry-led skills development approach to vocational training in Vietnam. I am also overseeing the design of the Pilbara-based Clean Energy Training and Research Institute for the West Australian and Australian Governments.
