* IMPACT LEAD, MASTERCARD FOUNDATION (2019-PRESENT): Supported the rollout of the Foundation's Young Africa Works Initiative in East Africa, including the re-orientation of the Foundation's performance management and impact evaluation aspects to prioritize Africa-centric and systemic approaches, and pioneered the innovative, adaptation-focused Learning and Adaptive Management (LAMP) approach to holistic program design, implementation, MEL & risk management. * SENIOR GLOBAL M&E MANAGER, ONE ACRE FUND (2018-2019): Responsible for leading Country-level impact evaluation systems, including designing and managing household-level socio-economic evaluations in Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. * REGIONAL DIRECTOR, RESEARCH & INNOVATION, EAST AFRICA, TECHNOSERVE (2015-2018): Led identification, business/economic modeling and rapid testing of market systems innovations and business models for commercialization and scale-up of agricultural innovations, including seed production, mobile livestock service delivery and contract farming systems in collaboration with National statistical agencies, agricultural extension systems and research institutions in Uganda and Kenya. * REGIONAL M&E MANAGER, EAST AFRICA, TECHNOSERVE (2010-2015): Modernized M&E, research, adaptive program design, and information systems functions for a $20 million portfolio of over 30 development programs across 5 countries; Supervised and mentored over 50 M&E staff across the region; Developed dynamic framework for estimation of impact for market system interventions. * REGIONAL/TECHNICAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR, WEST AFRICA COTTON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, ABT ASSOCIATES/IFDC (2007-2010): Led the design, monitoring and evaluation of the $27 million USAID-funded cotton sector support program which generated over $100 million in annual impact via competitive grants and institutional partnerships with public and private sector institutions in Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali and Senegal. * ASSISTANT COORDINATOR, INITIATIVE TO END HUNGER IN AFRICA, ABT ASSOCIATES/USAID (2002-2008): Assistant Coordinator for USAID's Initiative, responsible for setting up and supporting initiative monitoring and evaluation tools and systems at the National, Regional and Global/Initiative levels that formed the basis for USAID's Feed the Future M&E framework.
