Over 30 years of professional experience out of which 25 years of work experience in international development (EU, WB, IBRD, UNDP, OSCE, USAID, GIZ, DfID, SIDA, SDC, etc.) in PAR, governance, anti-corruption, ODA management, budget support programmes evaluation, M&E, action documents formulation and programming of EU assistance, HR Management, private sector, PFM, education, MEAL, health and social protection. Advising national, regional and local governments. Providing training for government officials and civil servants. Working with CSOs and liaising with international institutions and organizations. Extensive work experience in developing countries in South-East Europe, CIS/NIS, Central Asia, South-East Asia, North Africa and the Middle East, including work experience in the EU and the US. Acknowledged for comprehensive experience in consulting, capacity building, training, teaching, mentoring and lecturing.
