Recognised for producing decision-ready evidence that informs course correction, scaling decisions, and next-phase investment design. Combines analytical rigour with practical understanding of implementation constraints, public expenditure dynamics, safeguard compliance, institutional capacity, and political-economy realities. Offers a distinctive dual perspective as both evaluation leader and evaluation user, grounded in long-standing service as a Senior Policy Advisor in government, with direct experience applying evaluation findings to budgeting, results-based management, and public investment decisions.
